Hidden corners of Vormsi: Guided canoe tours – one paddle stroke at a time.
A unique way to experience the island (vibes).
You’ve probably already driven around Vormsi, seen the famous suncrosses, climbed the Saxby lighthouse or taken a walk along the Rumpo peninsula. But there’s another side of the island that most visitors never get to see. I would love to share that with you!
We'll paddle through the calm, sheltered waters of Hullo Bay, weaving our way between tiny islets and shallow bays that are only accessible by water. There's no rush. We paddle at nature's pace, stop whenever something catches our eye, watch seabirds, enjoy the silence and experience the island from a completely different perspective.
Along the way I'll tell you stories about Vormsi. You'll also pick up a few canoeing tips as we go. And if we're lucky, a curious grey seal might pop up to say hello.
You will be guided by Epp, who has been paddling these waters for more than ten years. Every tour is a little different, as I choose the route based on the weather and water conditions to make the most of the day.
